TBUNDO012 abends on 3.1.3.42 during expiration

Hi All,

     I have had two Sun adsm servers die with abend TBUNDO012 in the past
5 days.  The server will not come back up, and a DB restore is required to
get the instance back up.  Anyone else seen these?  I have another 2 large
ADSM servers that I do not want to see this happen to...

Notice that in both cases, expiration had just completed:

Any ideas?  A search of IBMLink did not turn up anything on abend code
TBUNDO012.
