Like one of the responses to your question mentioned, you should look at
the sbtio.log.  It is usually under $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/log directory.  You
should also look for any log, trace, under $ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory.
Please make sure that you have the latest agent fixtest, 2.1.7D applied
also.  It can be downloaded from
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/storage/adsm/fixtest/
