Look in the file "sbtio.log" for additional information (this file is under
the Oracle home, product directory). Also verify that all the DSM
environmental variables are present for the userid running the Oracle
script.
I have had this problem when either the client or the Oracle software was
updated by myself or the DBAs. Also check your options files (dsm.opt,
dsm.sys, include/exclude file) and make sure that each line ends with a
valid character. I had an incident where a non-viewable character on a line
caused this problem also.
