There is one way I can think of:

Create a device class with enough tapes drives within it to provide
adequate backups for your SAP data.  Then only backup SAP data to it
during the time period allotted for SAP backups.  Then only Backint
will be able to backup to the drives within that device class.

The only drawback is that you will have to logically split up your
tape library into multiple libraries (if you have an automated tape
lib).
