Background:
AIX-NSM/3466 at 1.2.2.20 ADSM Server.
Using 15 Gig FILE area to reclamate an 3590 (20gig) cartridge.

Good News:
I have been trying to use the 1 tape drive reclamation procedure/setup
for some time and find it rather convient and possibly faster.

Problem:
But there's (at least) one problem that I can't get around.
To put it simply PCT MIGR of the disk FILE area goes to 100%
almost immediately at the start of a migration from tape to disk.
While PCT Util is no even near full. In fact its only a few percents.

This cause the subsequent migration disk to tape to start prematurely.
since its trying to acquire the disk-FILE before its been fill'd and
closed.

Is my setup wrong? Am I missing something. Anyone else doing 1 drive recs?
Is this a bug ? If so is it fixed later on? HELP! ...

... thanks ...! .... joe.f.
