Brian,

I'm nearly bold too! Although your error message isn't exactly clear,
(can you pls be more specific/detailed) I had lots of write errors after
upgrading my 3590-B1As to -E1As and at the end I received a brand new
microcode for the 3590 drives and now everything works again.
