Cindy, I agree with Tab's comments. The first thing to do is determine if
it is a general connection problem or a specific ADSM/TSM problem. The
quickest way to do this is ftp some large files from your troublesome
clients to the TSM server, then compare the speed from another similar
client which doesn't have the performance problem. If you see radically
different transfer speeds then you will know it's not specifically TSM
related. Then you can get your network guys involved tracing/sniffing etc
to see why the slowdown is occurring. But if ftp checks out OK, then you
can go back to your TSM performance diagnosis. Good luck!
