Think about 2 points:

what do You think the export will need?
You have initial full backups on all nodes when changing to a new server.

I would recommend following:

Use both servers in parallel the following way:

1. add new server in dsm.sys
2. switch dsm.opt to new server
     -> usual behavior with new server
3. add an inclexcl.empty with one single stmt "exclude *" and let the old server
entry in dsm.sys point to that
4. make a dsmc i -servername=old_server to expire all data on old server
5. wait until most of the data has expired or export remaining

I expect this will end up earlier than exporting the whole backup data.
