You have to mirror at the db volume level, so that won't work. What you can
do, though, is to define another db volume on your new drive and then delete
the old db volumes on the other drives. What that will do is instruct *SM
to move the data from the to be deleted volume to the new volume before
delete. Do this three times and you should be all set.
You can also backup the db, then run dsmserv format and then dsmserv restore
db. This would be a nice test of your DR skills and will accomplish what
you are trying to accomplish. It might also send you into oblivion as you
practice your DR skills.
I would probably stick with method one and practice DR skills at another
time.
