The only reason I wouldn't take this approach is it will leave active files
for those filespaces that will never expire.  By doing a selective once to
the new collocated pools, the active files in the other pool will be marked
inactive and will expire over time.  I guess the downside is that it's a
full which is a pain and you will have another version of the files.
