Tapes Missing from Offsite, but found them in the library

Subject:	Tapes Missing from Offsite, but found them in the library

I ran a command "q volume acc=offsite" and got a list of tape volumes for
offsite.  I found some tapes missing from offsite.  But I found them in the
automatic 3494  library.  Why did it happen?  How do I correct this
problems?  Thanks.
