Gerardo,
The *SM server's web interface does not run as a service.
Instead it is integrated into the *SM server process -
dsmserv.
After the install did you configure the web interface definitions
with the command
dsmserv runfile dsmserv.idl
I think it is off the top of my head. You need to run it from
the *SM server directory and only if the server is down. If
successful, start the server as a service and connect through
your web browser.
