Novell Password change

Subject: Novell Password change

Recently my Novell Admin changed the Novell user and password on about
6 Novell servers.
Since then the adsm process sometimes stops and asks for Novell user or just
fails

What is the correct process to follow after you change the Novell user and
password? Adsm Aix server 3.1.2.41 Novell client 3.1.7.
