upgrading to 3.1.2.40

Subject: upgrading to 3.1.2.40

Hi ADSMers,
I plan to update my server to 3.1.2.40(not to 3.1.2.50 as I hear some defects
with it). Currently I have 3.1.2.30 with AIX 4.3.2.0. Is it okay if I update
only the server not the clients and Is it possible if I want to go back to
3.1.2.30?
