Hello,

 We have the same problem, but only with tapes with big Files.
 These files are about 2 GB. My problem are the 2 TB  archived data
 on these Tapes.

 We had about 25TAPE OPERATION ERROR with  a
  DEVICE DUMP RETRIEVED in the last days
