This looks like APAR IX80325. Try upgrading to 3.1.2.50 (always recommended
before reporting a bug ;-) )
The APAR also reports:

LOCAL FIX AS REPORTED BY ORIGINATOR:
Re-enabling USELARGEBUFFERS in the dsmserv.opt file on the
ADSM server will allow reclamation to run without errors.
