Cornell University has the following job opening available.  Cornell is
located in the Finger Lakes region of Central New York state.

Working Title:  ADSM/EZ-Backup Support Specialist
Programmer/Analyst III/Senior/Specialist; Band F/G; Exempt

Position level & compensation dependent upon experience & skills.

Support Cornell's EZ-Backup enterprise-wide, production-level
backup/archive/storage service used throughout the University.
Responsibilities include maintenance of ADSM backup servers, problem
analysis, diagnosis & resolution, preparation of ADSM client software for
distribution, supporting & training users, & working w/vendors.

Requirements:    Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education &
experience.  2-7 years additional related technical experience.  Possess
expertise with ADSM, Tivoli Storage Manager, or similar storage management
software, AIX system administration, hardware technologies (e.g., SCSI,
SSA, DLT, RS/6000), & various flavors of operating systems for client
support: Windows (all flavors), Macintosh, NetWare, & Unix (esp. AIX,
Solaris). Experience with programming languages such as Rexx, HTML, SQL &
JAVA preferred.  Requires off-hours work & rotating on-call support.

team.  Strong interpersonal & communication (written & verbal) skills are
necessary.
