Dears,

upgrade done 2 days ago, with the following packages:

        atldd: 4.0.7
        Atape: 5.0.2
        3494 Library Manager Code: 521.17

everything apparently was fine. But the next night 20 cartridges had I/O
errors and were set in ReadOnly access mode. Last night other 22, today 6
... The errpt report "BAD MEDIA" and Atape sometimes crash dump!

IBM technicians say that, it might be related to the fact that those

before!).

AUDIT VOLUME on those cartridges reports NO Errors!

Did anybody of you experience such problem?
Am I using a too recent Atape code?
