Deleting filespaces is time-consuming, and busy-work for ADSM administrators.
Proper etiquette for clients is for them to either do the delete from their
side or, if they want latest images to gracefully fade away, they can empty
the file system and do a final incremental backup on it, which will leave
VERDeleted and RETOnly to do their work.  The dominant reality, though, is
that clients leave janitorial work to ADSM administrators.
