AFAIK all You did is to assign the mgmtclasses to the directories itself, not to
the files in it. You would like to extend the inclexcl:

INCLUDE /.../*
INCLUDE /u10/app/ora_apps/107/* ITA-COLD-ARCH-APPLTOP
INCLUDE /u10/app/ora_apps/107/.../* ITA-COLD-ARCH-APPLTOP
..
