Win32 Gui dates and V2r1m6

Guess I didn't do my y2k testing properly.

I'm running some v2r1m6 win32 clients (NT).

Just looking at the file dates with with V2 windows gui and notice that the
dates for files changed in 2000 are displayed as 01/12/100.

Was there a PTF for this ?  If so which one ?
