Re-create tape

Hi,

I have a DLT tape that is damaged and have to re-create the contents of this
tape onto a new tape.  The tape volume that was bad was a DR tape.  So, I
have the contents of the damaged tape in my library.

I would like to know the commands one could use to re-create this DR tape.
