Tivoli Storage Manager 3.7 has a new SETOPT BUFPOOLSIZE
command which can increase your bufpoolsize on the fly -
no restart is needed;
 The AIX server has an address space limit of 1.6G, based
on the number of data segments that are addressable. It
is possible to make it as high as 2G, but that's it for
an application in 32-bit form.
