Hi, there was something in an ealry readme about needing to have the SQL
workspace in a contiguous lump of free space and there was something about
being at the end of the database.

If your database has plenty of free space but is fragmented I'm told its
possible to get this. If this is the problem then a reorg is needed but its
not a pretty thing.
