Tivoli Data Protection licensing terms

Can anyone tell me whether the Data Protection modules (aka Connect Agents)
are licensed on a per-ADSM-server basis, or on a per-ADSM-client basis?
I.e, if we have 2 nodes using the TDP module for Oracle, do we need 2
licenses?  If we have 2 database on one node, do we need 2 licenses?  Or do
we just need one license of each type we are using per server?
