Use the Skipntpermissions option:

Skipntpermissions
The skipntpermissionsoption bypasses processing of NTFS security
information.
Select this option for incremental backups, selective backups, or restores.
Syntax

                   No
SKIPNTPermissions
                   Yes
Parameters
No If you specify No, the NTFS security information is backed up or
restored. This is
   the default.
Yes
   If you specify Yes, the NTFS security information is not backed up or
restored.
Examples
Options file:
   skipntp yes
Command line:
 skipntp=yes
