 Hello, Rene

You don't have to worry about Backint.

I've addressed your questions to Backint Support and this is the answer :

**************************************************************************************************

 1. Yes, the same behaviour (year showed as 9A instead of 00) is expected
for the latest versions of BACKINT as well as for the new Tivoli Data
Protection for SAP R/3.

2. There will be no problem in the year 2006 nor in 2026 because
the years have been implemented in the following order:

      9A ... 9F...A0...A1...AF...B0...B1...BF... and so on

Hope this clarifies.

Best regards
and all the best for you for 2000 !
