Hi,
If you run a 'q libv' can you see tapes here with a status of scratch or not ?
Do you know of a tape that should be scratch (either through reclamation or
expiry) and has not returned to scratch ? The reuse delay of 0 means that tapes
should return to scratch without any delay.
