I still question why, if EXCLUDED specifically in the DSM.OPT file, TSM is
trying to back up these files anyway. The machine has been booted multiple
times, and the scheduler refreshed as often as needed according to activity.
Still the files are there in the error log as having failed upon backup
attempt. I know some of my more vocal users/system administrators are going
to have severe anxiety attacks when they see stuff like this in their error
logs.
I had originally thought this may be due to having NT SP4 on this machine
along with the new TSM level, but I don't think that's really an issue here.
Any other ideas out there?
Thanks again!
