Are you and the systems programmer using the same client profile dataset? This
dataset contains information client software needs in order to connect to the
TCP/IP address space. Client software running under TSO uses the following
search order to locate this dataset:

1.Dataset already allocated to DDNAME SYSTCPD
2.userid.TCPIP.DATA
3.SYS1.TCPPARMS(TCPDATA)
3.hlq.TCPIP.DATA

where hlq is a high level qualifier selected during the installation of the
TCP/IP software.
