Hi Bill,

these files you mentioned below are always opened by the DHCP services so nobody
has access to these files.
However these open files are backed within the WinNT. This is what an NT manual
states to this point:

"The DHCP database will be backed up automatically every hour to the
  \%SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\DHCP\BACKUP\JET  directory.
You can change the backup interval by modifying the registry enty key, located
in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DHCPServer\Parameters\BackupInterval.
Note that a duplicate of the registry key for DHCP is stored in
\%SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\DHCP\BACKUP,
in a file called DHCPCFG."

So my recommendation to you is to exclude these 3 files which failed with "
access to object denied" and have checked, if the above mentioned dhcp backup
directories will be backed up properly.
