NT supports Named Pipes as a communication option between an NT TSM
server and a local TSM client.

PS. Since NT is more or less inherantly instable you have to make it
stable by only installing the least S/W that you can to reduce conflicts
and memory leaks.  Microsoft won't say that but that's basically what it
means when your product can't take advantage of the capability of the
underlying hardware to operate multiple processes.
