lbtest is not a command within ADSM, but rather supplied as a utility.  It's
in the utils directory on NT and in the server directory (I believe) on
UNIX.  The syntax of the command is:

lbtest -dev /rmt/lb0

where /rmt/lb0 is the device id for your library.  You'll need to do some
UNIX stuff to figure out what that is.  In NT, the device will be of the
form lb0.0.0.1 or somesuch.  You can get that from the server utilities
device information window.
