No you do not need to reorg your ADSM database.  And there is not really
a way to do that anyway.

When you say your database didn't get any smaller - do you mean the size
of the DB on disk?  Or do you mean the % utilized?  The size of the DB
on disk shouldn't shrink per say, but the % utilized should go down -
but then again I have seen where it didn't go down after deleted a
large amount of client data.
