Yes, thats what the messages says. But the volume is not mounted.

The line with 'state' would have shown
        state................Volume Mounted or Queued for mounting
if it was mounted.

dism vol 026554:
ANR8347E DISMOUNT VOLUME: Volume 026554 not found.
