I would prefer one storage pool with collocation active.  If there are
different
needs for each client type such as retention periods and versioning, then
control that through the management classes.  The data itself can still be
kept
in on storage pool which will make the admin functions (offsite copies,
migration to tape, reclamation, etc) soooo much easier!

In our environment, we have 8 Novell Client, 9 Window's Client, 10 AIX
Client, 5
Oracle Client, 1 Informix Client.
The former ADSM Admin configured one pool without collocation. So the files
for
each client are all over the places.
It'll  be a disaster if we want to recover just one client.
I plan to redesign and implement from scratch now.

Does anybody have a suggestion on :

separate pool for each client so we'll have 33 pools
   vs.
5 pools, each pool for the clients on same platform with collocation on?
