In the init<SID>.utl parm file for backint, there is a line for number of
sessions (MAX_SESSIONS). I think that's what he changed.

At the bottom of the same parameter file, there's and entry for each ADSM
server that specifies the number of sessions that can be used. The sum of
the server-level sessions must be at least the same as the MAX_SESSIONS
value. If not, Backint barfs.
