Yes, pretty straight forward. Run the utility, DSMCUTIL to do it.

    E.g.     DSMCUTIL INSTALL /NAME:"ADSM Client Scheduler" /PASSWORD:******
/NODE:nodename /AUTOSTART:YES

Does anybody have the ADSM Scheduler set up as a started service under NT?

If so, how did you set it up?  I have a problem with people stopping the
scheduler on some of my boxes and thus need to eliminate that possibility!
