hello, poor RMAN user

I also think its "sometimes" an RMAN problem, that "sometimes" can be fixed in
reducing ( deleting backups from) an resyncing the recovery catalog.
But usually you will also get this error if you backup to disk and run out of
diskspace ( you should see then an error in the ADSM log) or if your environment
variable
DSMO_AVG_SIZE is too small. ( as you know every channel opens or at least tries
to open one parallel backup session ).

v2.1.0.7 and adsm v3. I try online backup but I saw

Did you try backup to disk? You will see same error.
In my sought, rman problem. Any body experianced same
case, help me.
