Firstly try pkgrm just in case there actually is an old version of the
package installed.
If that fails, cd to /var/sadm/pkg and remove the directory IBMadsm-a.
Also check /var/spool/pkg for a spooled package, tho this should never
cause a problem.

Subject: Oracle Agent for Solaris
Hi all,
I'm trying to install ADSM Connect Agent for Oracle on Sun Solaris but i
got this message:
"Current administration requires a unique instance of the <IBMadsm-a>
package be created. However, the maximum numbre of the package which may
be supported at one time on the same system has already been met.
No chages were made to the system."
Any ideas?, suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Rafael
Pd. I'm "new" working with Solaris
