Just a thought, but have you check the management class he's using the the
archive copygroup for that management class?  Maybe they're set up to be kept
for a couple months.

Subject: Missing Files

I have a user who swears that he archived some files in May and June but
he cannot see them to retrieve them.  I have also checked and cannot
find a trace of them.  He also states that this has happened before and
was fixed.  I do not recall the past occurrence.

Has anyone seen this before and fixed it ???

Appreciate some guidance.
