We're a Qualstar reseller, so take the appropriate precautions with my
advice...

We've installed six or seven of these.  Great robotics.  Real simple
mechanism that should be very reliable.  We've had no service calls on any
of the units we've placed.  The drives all come from one place anyway, so
the only variable is the robot.  We like the Qualstar for two reasons: price
and flexibility.  They have a very broad range of robot sizes.  We need that
for our product line.

One suggestion is to oversize the number of slots.  Slots are relatively
cheap.  Adding another robot or more slots later can be a pain.
