We have seen this when there is a large directory that takes a long time to
list or some other reason for the client to spend more time between sends.
What has helped is to increase the commtimeout value in the options. I would
guess by your messages that your commtimeout is set to 180. Try increasing
this, we have actually gone to 3000 to help with the Exchange agent.
