I've read some older discussion on this..

Randomly on some of my Netware 4.11 clients, when the scheduled backup
(incremental) begins, the session prompts for the
Netware user account and password when the .PWD file already exists and has
been in use for some time. Whats causing this??
A new file is created and things resume once I respond to the prompt.

Im running ADSM v3.1.2.0 on AIX 4.3.0
Netware client is v3.1.0.5
