You can't move from the state of vault to anything else.  ADSM will move
these tapes from vault to vault retrieve when they have been reclaimed of
the data expires.

You can however use "normal" ADSM commands to fool DRM:

Move the tape back into the library using checkin libvol and update vol
access=readwrite.  As a side effect of this, the tape will assume a DRM
state of mountable.
