We are trying to define a IBM 3575 library to ADSM but get the following
error:

07/13/1999 12:32:03  ANR8300E I/O error on library ADSMLIB1
(OP=00006C01,
                      CC=207, KEY=FF, ASC=FF, ASCQ=FF, SENSE=**NONE**,
                      Description=Device is not in a state capable of
                      performing request).  Refer to Appendix B in the
                      'Messages' manual for recommended action.
07/13/1999 12:32:03  ANR8418E DEFINE LIBRARY: An I/O error occurred
while
                      accessing library ADSMLIB1.

What are we doing wrong:

AIX 4.3.2.0
ADSM : 3.1.1.0
