Now i know the reason of the corrupt Recovery-LOG:

I run with RECOVERY-LOG-Mode ROLL-FORWARD.
The DB-Backup because of the DB-Backup-Trigger runs on Harddisk.
Because of this Harddisk became full the DB-Backup can`t be finished and
the Recovery-Log can't be reseted.
The Recovery-Log gets corrupted; the Mirror-Log gets corrupted also.
Independent of the Recovery-Log-Write-Mode  "Serial" or "parallel".

The only way back is to restore the database "point in time".
