For the speed & quality stay with your Magstar.   You can upgrade to 3590e
drives (34.7MB/sec).  If you have less than 4 drives you may want to add
to make 4.  Six may be better but start with 4.  Write directly to the
drives for large files or clients consisting of primarily large files (eg.
databases).  Add an expansion unit just for cells if necessary, etc.
