An approach to see what ADSM function is causing the CPU utilization is to:

1.  Get some performance information from the system (at the process level
if UNIX) to determine high CPU users
2.  Issue an ADSM SHOW THREADS during the high period of utilization and
match PIDs to the processes from 1.

This will at least tie the utilization to an ADSM "function".
