%Util + %Recl > 100% ????

OK, can someone please explain this one to me?  I have a volume (details listed
below) who has a %Util and %Recl totaling 104%!  My understanding is that once
you hit the default estimated capacity (for these 3590 tapes 10GB) these values
show how much of the used tape holds data, and how much has expired.

Estimated Capacity (MB): 17,181.0
Pct Util: 76.1
Volume Status: Filling
Access: Read/Write
Pct. Reclaimable Space: 27.9

ADSM Server 3.1.1.5 on AIX 4.3.2

I remember we discussed the %Util and %Recl a few months back, but I don't
recall seeing anything along these lines (and a search came up negative).
